Shari is the founder of The Straits 23, a business development firm. She has a gift for relationships and developing new and creative ideas for businesses.  Her fresh perspective and persistence have allowed her success in a number of industries where integrity, tenacity and follow-through are paramount.  Most recently, she has been involved with building bridges with many creative and environmental design groups, architects, the healthcare industry, corporate headquarters key staff and craft brewers throughout Ohio and Colorado.  “I enjoy meeting people and learning about what they do and what fuels their interests,”  Shari says “I don’t believe any meeting is a waste of time.  I have learned most connections come into play somewhere down the line for you whether initiating personal connections, professionally or to help a fellow or future business associate.”  Her sale’s career began when her CEO asked her to give up her role in accounting to become his company sales representative.  “After fifteen years in various service-based and product sales roles, I have never looked back!”
